A Bunch of Townhomes, Then Just a Single

I thought this was kind of interesting. A local developer built these townhomes in Bothell, Washington.

It has several multi-unit buildings, but then just this single one standing in the corner.
Maybe a manager of some sort? Who knows, but I thought it was kind of cool.
